Tournament Genre:
  Open Tournament, men and women competing individually.  Limit is 32 participants.
        - Round Robin Format, two flights of 16 seeded players each. 
 - Each flight broken into groups of four players.
 - Winners of each 4-person group then play each other for championship,
- 2nd place players play for 2nd place prize, etc.  4 winners in each flight.
