The club’s All Member meeting is happening Monday, November 30th, from 10:00 AM to Noon at the Evergreen Library, meeting room A. Get updated on club happenings, ask questions about the club and hopefully get answers.

Not only that, but you also get to vote! This year there are 4 openings on the board and you get to vote who fills those roles! Democracy!

Incumbents John Dunlop and Travis Ervick are running for a second term. Who else might be running? Well, maybe you! Any club member in good standing may run for the board. If you would like to throw your hat into the ring or would like more information on the duties and amazing perks of being a board member, contact John Dunlop or Roger Miles.

Closer to the election, we’ll do a newsletter with information about everyone who has elected to run for the board so that you can make an informed decision.

About the Board

The Evergreen Pickleball Club is composed of 11 volunteer members - four officers and 7 At-Large positions.

  • Officers: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

  • At-Large Roles: Newsletter Editor, EPC Store Manager, Webmaster, Tournament Director, Social Director, Facilities & Equipment Coordinator, Intra-club Development.
